1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FRITH products and services, including the Snagged app and Snagged Pro subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Snagged Pro Subscription

Snagged Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the app store where you subscribed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All FRITH and Snagged branding, design, software, and content are the exclusive property of FRITH. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nutritional information provided by the Snagged app is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional dietary advice.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
